All four of the doctoral students The Times Higher is tracking ("My supervisor is great - but I can't get up in the morning", March 19) are women. Is this "girl power"?
This confirms the point that educational and feminist researchers have been trying to make: global social and economic transformations are affecting the academy, even though the glass ceiling still exists.
