Regarding "Quiet revolutionaries target fresh territory" (News, 21 June): the article states that some respondents see the emergence of a two-tier university system "as an 'unintended and damaging' consequence" of state policy. Thank heavens we have a government that does not pursue two-tier education: can you imagine the damage that might cause?
