Paul Russell, visiting lecturer in Celtic at Oxford University and head of classics at Radley College, has been awarded the ?15,000 Legonna Celtic research prize by the National Library of Wales for his work on the medieval Latin Life of Gruffudd ap Cynan, Vita Griffini Filii Conani.
