St Andrews University claims it is still awaiting "fundamental details" from a former student who claims she was raped while on an exchange course in Odessa, Ukraine. Erin MacLean this week waived her right to anonymity, saying she wished to shame the university into publicising its investigations into the 1996 exchange. She is considering suing the university. St Andrews' court will consider a report on October 23 on relation to Ms MacLean's allegations.
