The University of Teesside's Community Informatics Research and Applications unit is launching a journal, Information, Communication and Society, to be published quarterly by Routledge. It will be edited by CIRA's co-director Brian Loader and Bill Dutton of the Annenberg School for Communications at the University of Southern California.
