Campus chief accused of supporting guerrillas
Macedonian authorities have accused Milaim Fejziu, president of the Albanian-language University of Tetovo, of inciting guerrilla activity and supporting the rebel Army of National Liberation in a television interview.

Funds cut puts 'destruction' on cards
Argentina's economy minister, Ricardo L¨®pez Murphy, has announced further cuts in funding for universities. Oscar Shuberoff, rector of the University of Buenos Aires, said the measures would result in "the complete destruction of Argentina's public universities".
