Regents College, a United States-based virtual university, has joined forces with FT Knowledge, the business education arm of Pearson plc, bringing a global, distance learning network to the UK.

With more than 83,000 graduates, no academic staff and no degree-awarding powers, Regents College has been providing accredited, open-learning courses since 1971 by matching individuals up to bespoke degree programmes. A range of business management undergraduate programmes will be available via distance learning.
