York University is to spend ?23 million on new and refurbished student accommodation under a University Partnership Programme agreement with construction group Jarvis. As part of the five-year deal, backed by Abbey National and Barclays Bank, York has granted Jarvis a 30-year leasehold on two sites at Halifax Court and Wentworth College.
