A Pounds ,000 fellowship has been set up in memory of Dick Onians, the late chairman of the Royal Society for the Arts.

The aim is to give an opportunity to someone to take time out to develop an innovative idea for the benefit of society. The RSA's fellowship covers up to two years and could encompass a travel bursary, attendance at a business school, a research grant or a sabbatical period.
