Student leaders in Ghana have said they will continue demonstrations against a 100 per cent fee increase when universities begin a new session in a few weeks. More than 10,000 students clashed with heavily armed police near the presidential palace this month as they tried to confront president Jerry Rawlings over the increased tuition fees in all Ghana's universities.
