US President Bill Clinton plans to boost Belfast's proposed Springvale "peaceline" campus with $5 million. He pledged his support in a statement announcing a multimillion dollar funding package for the province. The United Kingdom government last month agreed to provide Pounds 40 million of the Pounds 70 million project for an educational village with 3,000 student places to be shared between Ulster University and the Belfast Institute of Further and Higher Education.
