Cramped college chosen for PFI debut in province

Northern Ireland's most cramped college has been selected for the first private finance initiative in the province. A consortium of three local companies will build a replacement college costing an estimated Pounds 7 million on the site of the North West Institute of Further and Higher Education in Londonderry. The new building will be owned by the contractor which will lease it to the institute.
