Employers must better their Pounds 10 billion annual investment in training, education secretary David Blunkett has said. Endorsing the key role to be played by the National Training Organisations after the government's review of post-16 education, Mr Blunkett said "greater employer investment" is the key to a "competitive, knowledge-driven economy".
