McKinnon: full fees eroding exchanges
Don McKinnon, Commonwealth general secretary, has said that full fees for overseas students are partly to blame for the "erosion of academic exchanges". His comments were made last night at the opening of the Commonwealth Education Ministers' conference in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
