A performance translation centre which opened this week at Hull University has secured the advisory services of Oscar-winning film director Anthony Minghella. The centre's director is J. Michael Walton who is editing four columes of Euripedes plays as part of the 13-volume series of Methuen Classical Greek Dramatists. When complete next year the series will be the only performance translation in English of the entire body of Greek tragedy and comedy.
