A Russian parliamentary official has been arrested for allegedly taking a Pounds 6,000 bribe from a scientific research centre to lobby for a favourable international agreement. The Federal Security Bureau arrested the clerk to the parliament's international affairs committee as he accepted cash on a Moscow street.
