About 200 students from the Central African Republic, who held their country's Moscow embassy staff hostage in protest against the failure to honour a promise of air tickets home for the summer holidays, have threatened to return if the tickets are not made available in the next four weeks. The Russian ministry of foreign affairs has promised to intervene to resolve the issue.
