The EU's Council of Ministers responsible for competitiveness will meet in Brussels on Monday 22 nd September at 10am under the chairmanship of the Italian Minister for European Affairs, Rocco Buttiglione, and the Italian Minister for Education, Universities and Research, Letizia Moratti. The European Commission will be represented by Internal Market and Taxation Commissioner Frits Bolkestein, Justice and ÍøÆØÃÅ Affairs Commissioner Antonio Vitorino, Enterprise and Information Society Commissioner Erkki Liikanen and Research Commissioner Philippe Busquin.
