Principal resigns

The principal of Ruskin College Oxford has resigned after failing to consolidate the college on one site and solve its ?1.3 million projected deficit over the next three years. Jim Durcan had hoped to sell Ruskin's three sites and buy a site owned by Berkeley 网曝门s in north Oxford. But the college and Berkeley 网曝门s were unable to agree a price, and the move was strongly opposed by a group of staff and students.
