The Instituto Superior Polit¨¦cnico de Ndalatando (ISPNd) was originally founded in 2011 as the Escola Superior Polit¨¦cnica do Cuanza Norte. In 2020, it was granted full autonomy through a presidential decree, becoming a public institution of higher education with administrative and financial independence.
The institute is located in N¡¯dalatando, the capital of Cuanza Norte.
A major new campus is under construction in the Catome de Baixo neighbourhood, set to expand capacity to over 5,000 students. The project includes 40 classrooms, labs, dormitories, sports facilities, and a modern library.
The institute is home to several faculties offering undergraduate degree programmes in a range of subject areas including public health, nursing, law, accounting, management informatics, public administration, electrical engineering, and agronomy.
