Netaji Subhas University of Technology was founded in 1983 as the Delhi Institute of Technology that was affiliated to the University of Delhi. In 2018 the institute gained university status and its current name.
The university’s campuses are located in Dwarka, in India; there’s two campuses in total, west and east. Students can choose to live on campus at one of the university’s four hostels. There’s also four canteens, sports facilities, shops, a bank, and a library. 
There are 16 departments across the university offering a wide range of degree programmes. As a technology university, these departments include: electronics and communication, mechanical engineering, humanities and social sciences, architecture and planning, physics, information technology, civil engineering, and more. The CAI4CAI group, led by Prof Tom Vercauteren, is an academic research group focusing on Contextual Artificial Intelligence for Computer Assisted Interventions. Our engineering research aims at improving surgical and interventional sciences by exploiting learning-based approaches for multi-modal reasoning. We take a multidisciplinary, collaborative approach to solve clinical challenges.?

The mission of the Department of Surgical & Interventional Engineering (SIE) within the School of Biomedical Engineering & Imaging Sciences (BMEIS) is to bring together engineering and clinical experts to develop new surgical and interventional technologies for a wide range of clinical applications with a focus on combining diagnostic information to support image-guidance during procedures. The department boasts unique world-class facilities for SIE research. Our Validation Suite is a unique combination of an Integration Room, a versatile laboratory space where researchers can setup complex novel medical systems into fully integrated platforms, and an Intervention Room, a state-of-the-art simulated operative theatre where the technology can be deployed and tested on post-mortem models in a realistic surgical environment.?

About The Role

We are seeking to recruit research software engineers to help translate the next generation of AI-assisted imaging systems for surgical guidance. The postholder, based within the Department of Surgical & Interventional Engineering at King’s College London, will play a key role in collaborative projects with King’s College Hospital. The role will involve supporting two ongoing clinical neurosurgery study. The successful candidates will join the clinical study team to help curate high-quality data.?

The postholders will help support data analysis tasks and work on computational algorithms to help streamline data annotation. Image computing activities involve expanding on interactive segmentation algorithms to accelerate data annotation. The recruited individuals will complement our multidisciplinary team, undertake research in computer-assisted intervention, and consolidate our existing software infrastructure.?

The post involves close and active collaboration with the surgical team, researchers, and engineers. The candidate will work closely with the rest of the team to correlate surgical data with other rich clinical data sources (e.g. surgical microscopy, histopathology).

This is a full-time post (35 hours per week), and you will be offered a fixed term contract until 30 Sep 2025.

About you

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience:

The Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Vienna is the largest Austrian institution of mathematical research and tertiary education in the mathematical sciences. The Core Operations Mathematics of the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Vienna is looking for an organisational assistant to support the administration team. The position should be filled at the earliest possible date, ideally at the beginning of August 2025. The position is a part-time (20 hours per week) temporary replacement until 31.07.2026. By mutual agreement, the position may be extended to a permanent position.

The Faculty of Mathematics offers a dynamic international working environment. 	You will be the central point of contact and handle English and German correspondence with all interfaces (within the team, within the university, with project partners, students, and companies).
	You assist with teaching and exam administration.
	You will be responsible for repairs and maintenance and will assist with planning and implementing room schedules.
	You will provide administrative support for visiting scientists and carry out all kind of general administrative activities.


Required Qualifications/Position requirement:


	Professional experience in office management (preferably in a scientific/university context).
	General or vocational secondary or higher school leaving certificate (Matura) or commercial apprenticeship qualification and
	Very good MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel and Power Point).
	High level of written and verbal fluency in German and English.
	Experience with content management systems (e.g. Typo 3).

We have an exciting opportunity within our Halls Maintenance Team for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join our established team to carry out the delivery of planned, reactive maintenance and minor small works on our Halls of Residences sites.

Main duties include:


	Undertake emergency, planned and general maintenance works such as decoration, minor plumbing including drainage, flooring and furnishing repairs, minor brick and plaster repairs, and carpentry
	Undertake investigatory fault finding and use initiative to find solutions and make repairs on a range of internal and external building fabric
	Complete works to a high standard to align to industry best practice and Health & Safety procedures including risk assessments and method statements
	Accessing work via mobile handheld devices, updating status in a live environment to capture hours worked and materials used


What we are looking for:

The successful candidate will hold a City and Guilds qualification and/or minimum NVQ 2 qualification and served an apprenticeship in one primary core building trade with the confidence and ability to undertake a full range of duties in at least two other secondary building related trade disciplines. They will also have experience of maintenance and repairs in a live dynamic environment plus have a customer focused ‘right first time’ attitude and flexible approach to working. Experience of using a CAFM system to access and complete work requests would be an advantage. They should be familiar with H&S legislation and understanding of risk assessments, method statements, COSHH assessments and how to apply these to planned and reactive maintenance.?

A full driving license to travel to other local sites is essential.??
