Stonehill College is a private institution founded in 1948 which is linked to the Congregation of Holy Cross.

The college is coeducational. It runs more than 80 courses in total, including art history, neuroscience, gender & sexuality studies, criminology, healthcare administration, astronomy, Catholic studies and graphic design.

Stonehill is in the small town of Easton, just over 20 miles south of Boston, the largest city in New England, and 25 miles north east of Providence, the capital and most populous city in Rhode Island. Its campus comprises 384 acres and is around 15 miles from Massachusetts Bay.

More than four in five students take part in sport at intramural and varsity level, where the Stonehill Skyhawks compete in the second highest division of college sport.

Alumni include Scott Thompson, previously CEO of Yahoo and president of PayPal, and Lou Gorman, a former general manager of baseball*s Boston Red Sox and Seattle Mariners.
